How it works
From blank page to a draft you can review
No account. Nothing you type is saved or sent.
- 1
Pick a template
The library has nine starting drafts: minimum standards, rules and regulations, a hangar lease, a tie-down agreement, a yearly hangar-use self-audit, a grant assurance self-check, an airfield self-inspection checklist, advisory board bylaws, and letters to your FAA district office and state aviation office.

Fill in your details
Type your airport's name, your owner's name and the other blanks. The draft updates as you type. Anything you leave empty shows as a bracketed placeholder, so you can see what still needs an answer.
- 3
Print or save as PDF
The print button prints only the document, without the site around it. Save it as a PDF from your browser's print screen if you want to edit it further in another program.

Have it reviewed and adapt it
Every template is a starting draft. Change it to fit your airport, and have your attorney or agency review it before you adopt it, sign it or send it.
What the templates can and can't do
- They give you a clear, organized first draft so you don't start from a blank page.
- They don't tell you what the law requires for your airport. Laws and agency rules differ and change.
- They don't decide whether your airport meets its grant obligations. Only the FAA decides that.
- We don't file anything for you or speak for your airport. You send and sign your own documents.
A starting draft, not legal advice. Have your attorney or agency review before use.
What's free
Every template is free to fill in, print, save as PDF or copy. There's no sign-up and no account.
The Complete Kit
If you'd rather work in Word, the Complete Kit ($149, one-time) gives you every template as an editable .docx file, plus a year of updates on your download page.
