The short version
- We collect personal details only if you buy the Complete Kit or email us.
- There's no sign-up or account.
- What you type into a template never leaves your browser.
- No ad trackers or ad pixels. We count visits with our own simple counter (see Site visits).
- We never sell your information.
What we collect
The site has no sign-up form, account or contact form. If you email us, we use your email only to reply. If you buy the Complete Kit, we get the payment details below.
Payments
When you pay, Stripe processes your payment and gives us your name, email, the amount and the last 4 digits of your card. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the card details you give it. We keep payment records for 7 years for tax and accounting.
After you buy, this browser keeps your Stripe purchase reference so your My kit page works when you come back. It holds no personal details, and you can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Template inputs
When you fill in a template, what you type stays in your browser tab. It is not saved, stored or sent to us or anyone else. Refreshing or closing the tab clears it.
Hosting
This site runs on Lovable Cloud. Like any web host, it may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.
Site visits
We count visits with our own simple counter. It saves a random ID in your browser (not a cookie) and records the page you view, the site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, and whether you’re on a phone, tablet or computer. We don’t store your name or email with it, we don’t use your IP address to identify you, and we don’t sell or share this data or use it for ads. You can remove the ID any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
When the counter records a visit, our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm, about 30 minutes) to filter out bots. We don't use it to identify or track you.
What we don't do
- No ad trackers or ad pixels. We count visits with our own simple counter (see Site visits).
- No selling or renting your information.
- No accounts or profiles.
- No AI features. Nothing you enter is sent to an AI service.
Deleting your details
If you emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, email info@roofusventures.com and we'll delete it.
